Mr. L. Madhivanan, an Electronics Engineer, started his career as a Research Engineer in Bharat Electronics Limited (B.E.L.), Bangalore. In the year 1984, he took over Trans Electric Components, Bangalore along with two others, which was a Transformer manufacturing unit. Major customers included Wipro, L&T, and B.H.E.L. Later on, in 1990 a footwear unit was taken over, and started the manufacture of Industrial Safety Shoes under the name of Nutech Footwears. Shoes were supplied to small and medium scale industries, Security Services etc. in various parts of India.
Mr. M. Mahendran, leather and rubber Technologist, started his career in Nutech Foot wears. He has undergone training in Bata India Limited, and Elite Leather International.
